In order to provide an astrological reading, I need your precise time of birth and birthplace. I do not need your full name or name at all, as long as you provide me with some sort of nickname I can put next to the date not to mix up clients.

Your personal data and chart will be deleted after 6 months, but an anonymized report will be securely deposited in my research vault, stored on a computer only I have access to. 

I also need your email or phone number in order to contact with you and send you your purchased reports and materials, if you order an artwork with shipping, I also need your address to ship artwork to.

I can't guarantee safety of your personal data when they are being sent through sms or email, as third parties such as your email provider, might have a data breech.
